Begin your child’s educational journey with us. Follow the simple steps below to complete your enrolment application for the upcoming academic year.
Enrolment Process
Application
Complete the ONLINE Enrolment Application Form. A $50 application fee is payable for the first child and $25 for each succeeding sibling.
Step 1 of 4
Waiting List
Your child’s name will be placed into the waiting list ONLY after we receive application details, fee, and all required documents.
Step 2 of 4
Interview
If there is a possibility of placement, an interview is conducted with parents. No offers are made without an interview with the Principal.
Step 3 of 4
Placement
To accept an offer, sign the Acceptance Form and pay the non-refundable deposit of $500/child and $1000 bond/student.
Step 4 of 4
Collect the documentations listed below and upload as you proceed with the application.
- Bank transfer receipt of the application administration fee
- Enrolment Application
- Birth Certificate
- Child’s Passport
- Details of Residency Visa for Non-Australian Students (visa subclass number)
- Immunisation History Statement from Australian Childhood Immunisation Register (ACIR)
- Proof of ID of Parent with Residential Address (eg: Driving Licence, Council Rates, Electricity Bills)
- Reference Letter
- Previous School Report (if applicable)
- Last NAPLAN result (if applicable)
- Any documentation related to health issues/learning disabilities

- Term 1: Wed, 28 Jan – Thu, 2 Apr (Kindergarten starts Thu, 29 Jan)
- Term 2: Tue, 21 Apr – Fri, 26 Jun (Pupil free day 20 April)
- Term 3: Mon, 20 Jul – Fri, 25 Sep
- Term 4: Tue, 13 Oct – Thu, 3 Dec (Pupil Free Day 12 Oct)
Scholarships
KCCS offers a limited number of scholarships each year for Year 7 enrolments.
