Ben is the founder and CEO of Kingdom Culture Christian School, where he has shaped the school’s vision, culture, and Christian foundation since its inception. With more than 30 years of experience founding and leading organisations across education, ministry, family advocacy, and community development, Ben is passionate about building institutions that positively influence future generations. He leads KCCS with a commitment to raising tomorrow’s leaders by equipping young people with purpose, character, faith, and entrepreneurial skills for a changing world.

Pavina Lee

Principal

Pavina is the Principal of Kingdom Culture Christian School, where she has served since its founding year — first as one of two founding teachers, and from 2018 as Principal leading the school’s expansion to a fully accredited K–12 institution. With more than 20 years of senior leadership in the IT sector before answering the call to education, Pavina brings to her role both the operational discipline of a business career and the deep dedication of a founding teacher to the Christian foundations of the school. She leads KCCS with an unwavering commitment to raising tomorrow’s leaders by equipping young people with purpose, character, faith, and entrepreneurial skills for a changing world.

Delia S. Yeboah

Board Chair

Delia is a strategic brand advisor with over 20 years of experience helping organisations grow, adapt, and navigate change while staying true to their core values and purpose. As the founder of Bubblefish® and BrandReadiy®, she has guided more than 250 businesses through transformation, leadership challenges, and strategic growth. Delia is also a long-standing judge of the Entrepreneurship Program at Western Sydney University. Guided by her Christian faith, she serves as Chair of the KCCS Board, supporting the school’s mission of raising future leaders equipped with purpose, character, and entrepreneurial skills for a changing world.

Dr Bronwyn Wong

Board Director

Bronwyn is an experienced educator, researcher, and school leader with more than 27 years of experience in Christian education across Australia and internationally. She currently serves as Head of Secondary and interim Deputy Principal at Tyndale Christian School in Sydney. Holding a PhD focused on Kingdom-shaped Christian education, she is passionate about integrating faith and learning to foster thriving school communities. Bronwyn also serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at the National Institute for Christian Education, helping to develop future Christian educators. Guided by her faith, she brings deep educational expertise, leadership experience, and theological insight to support KCCS in its mission of raising future leaders equipped with purpose, character, and entrepreneurial skills.

Lily Ng BCom FCPA GAICD JP

Lily is a senior finance and operations executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across independent and Christian schools. She has held executive roles including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Director of Business Services, leading organisations in financial management, governance, strategic planning, and operational excellence. With experience at several leading schools and as a former Board Director of Christian Super, Lily brings strong expertise in financial stewardship and governance. Guided by her Christian faith, she supports KCCS in its mission of raising future leaders equipped with purpose, character, and entrepreneurial skills to thrive in a changing world.

Chandra Leonardi

Board Director

Chandra is the founder and director of Capital Value International Group (CVIG), bringing over a decade of experience in property investment, development, and capital management. With expertise in property acquisition, finance, and long-term asset growth, he provides valuable strategic insight into planning and development initiatives. Chandra holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and Finance from the University of Technology Sydney and serves as an Elder at Citygate Fellowship Church. As a KCCS parent and Board member, he combines entrepreneurial experience, commercial expertise, and a commitment to service in supporting the school’s mission of raising future leaders equipped with purpose, character, and entrepreneurial skills.
