Casual K-12 TEACHERS (commencing Term 1, 2024)
Kingdom Culture Christian School (KCCS) is a K-12 co-educational school in Arncliffe. Our mission is to "Raising Tomorrow's Leaders” by providing a quality Christ-centred education that nurtures the development of the whole person.
KCCSis currently seeking passionate and committed K-12 casual teachers who align with our values and vision. The ideal candidate will:
- Maintains a steadfast commitment to a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, including active participation in a church community.
- Demonstrate alignment with the KCCS statement of Faith, as well as the vision and mission outlined in "The KCCS Aims, Goals and Educational Philosophy" (accessible at kccs.nsw.edu.au )
- Serve as an exemplary role model in matters of faith and conduct for students, staff and parents.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Possess the ability to teach from a Christian perspective.
- Highly motivated and organised in planning and delivering curriculum.
- Passionate about helping each child reach their potential, recognizing diverse learning styles.
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate within an innovative environment.
- Commitment to pastoral care and engagement in activities.
- Enthusiastic, community-minded, and proficient in utilising technology for teaching.
- Demonstrates adaptability and versatility, seamlessly transitioning between student groups.
- Strong commitment to nurturing the gifts and faith of young individuals.
- Knowledgeable about the current NSW curriculum.
