SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION
Kingdom Culture Christian School is a growing K-12 co-educational private independent Christian school in Arncliffe. Our mission is to “Raising Tomorrow’s Leaders” by providing a quality Christ-centered education which develops the whole person.
KCCS seeks to appoint an administrative/accounts clerk, that:
● Maintains a commitment to a faithful walk with the Lord Jesus Christ which includes a commitment to a church.
● Demonstrates a commitment to the KCCS statement of Faith and vision and mission expressed in “The KCCS Aims,
Goals and Educational Philosophy” (found on www.kccs.nsw.edu.au )
● Sets an example to students, staff and parents in matters of faith and conduct.
● Demonstrates ability to work in a TEAM environment that values Trustworthiness, Empowerment, Adaptability, and Mentoring.
THE ROLE
● Full-time position to commence January 2025
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
● Willingness to support the ethos and values of the school
● Excellent administration and organisational skills
● Experience in Intermediate Google knowledge with an emphasis on Docs, Sheets, Canva.
● Well-developed communication skills, including written and interpersonal skills that will enable the development of positive relationships based on respect and trust with students, parents, staff and the local community
● The ability to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in the preparation of materials both soft copy and electronic
● Excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise
● Be flexible and adaptable to work environments
● The ability to work as a member of a team as well as autonomously
● Some experience in an educational setting would be highly regarded
● Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement
● Willingness to actively participate in the School’s program and culture
● The ability to demonstrate professional conduct and discretion at all times.
SELECTION CRITERIA
● Experience in the areas of general administration, accounts receivable and bookkeeping
● Demonstrated experience and understanding of leading complex organisations.
● Excellent communication skill, interpersonal and leadership skill, with the ability to effectively engage, consult and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. APPLICATION DOCUMENTATION
